1. Aapke major rights

Notice Period

Company ko aapko nikalne se pehle notice dena zaroori hai (aam taur par 1-3 mahine). Bina notice ke nikalein toh notice period ki salary deni hoti hai.

Gratuity

5 saal ya usse zyada kaam kiya hai toh Gratuity Act ke tahat gratuity milegi. Har saal ki service ke liye 15 din ki salary.

PF / ESI

20+ employees wali company mein PF katna zaroori hai. ESI bhi ₹21,000/month tak salary wale employees ke liye mandatory hai.

Minimum Wages

Har state mein minimum wages fix hain. Usse kam dena illegal hai. MP mein current rates Labour Department ki website par milte hain.

2. Naukri se nikala — kya karein?

  1. Termination letter mangein: Company se likhi mein termination ka karan mangein.
  2. Full & Final Settlement: Pending salary, leave encashment, gratuity, PF — sab ka hisaab mangein.
  3. Legal notice bhejein: Agar company nahi de rahi toh registered post se legal notice bhejein.
  4. Labour Commissioner: Apne district ke Labour Commissioner ke paas likhi shikayat dein.
  5. Labour Court: Agar Labour Commissioner se solution na mile toh Labour Court mein case file karein.

3. PF complaint kaise karein?

Online: epfigms.gov.in par online grievance register karein.

EPFO office: Apne area ke EPFO office mein likhi shikayat dein.

Documents: Salary slips, appointment letter, UAN number rakhein.
