1. Consumer complaint kab kar sakte hain?
- Kharab ya defective product mila (electronics, vehicle, food, etc.)
- Service mein kami — hospital, bank, insurance, telecom, airline
- Overcharging ya hidden charges
- Online fraud — fake product, delivery nahi hui, refund nahi mila
- Misleading advertisement se dhoka
- Builder ne flat ka possession nahi diya
2. Complaint karne ki prakriya
- Company ko notice bhejein: Email/letter likhein demanding refund/replacement. 15-30 din ka time dein.
- National Consumer Helpline: 1800-11-4000 (toll free) par call karein ya consumerhelpline.gov.in par online complaint darj karein.
- e-Daakhil (Online Filing): edaakhil.nic.in par consumer case online file kar sakte hain — ghar baithe.
- District Consumer Forum: ₹1 crore tak ke case District Forum mein jaate hain. ₹5 lakh tak — ZERO court fee.
